The IMER IM R 74 / 23 DA Pro takes the double articulated spider lift to a 74 foot working height with up to 39' 4" of side outreach and 29' 6" of up and over, on a tracked chassis that still transports at 39" wide. Variable stabilization lets the outriggers run narrow at 16' x 8' 10" where space is tight or spread to the full 12' 1" x 12' 10" footprint for maximum reach, and the active jib keeps the 507 lb platform working around obstacles without repositioning. Gas, diesel or lithium power covers indoor and outdoor jobsites with one machine.

Applications
The IM R 74 / 23 DA Pro is a tracked spider lift for seven-story facade work, glazing, exterior painting and signage, and for spider lift tree work where crews need to reach over roofs, fences and landscaping. Variable stabilization lets it set up in alleys and between buildings, and the 39" chassis fits through double doors for atrium and hangar work indoors. Available through IMER dealers across the US.

Frequently Asked Questions
It needs a double door or an overhead door: the tracks retract to 3' 3" (39") and the stowed height is 6' 6". Transport length is 18' 9", or 16' 3" with the basket removed.
The outriggers can be set to a narrow 16' x 8' 10" footprint for alleys and tight setups, or the full 12' 1" x 12' 10" footprint for maximum reach. In the narrow setting the machine still delivers 23' 11" of outreach at 507 lb.
